Capabilities
Seral is a co-owner of two of Turkey’s leading aluminum extrusion manufacturing plants, featuring over 40,000 m² (430,000 ft²) of fully enclosed production space. Our facilities are equipped with advanced machinery and staffed by experienced professionals, allowing us to deliver high-precision aluminum extrusions at scale.
Every stage of our production process is carefully monitored and certified to ensure the highest quality. We operate in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, TSE, Bureau Veritas, and Qualanod standards, and all products comply with DIN 12020-2 tolerances. This rigorous quality control ensures that our customers receive reliable, consistent, and industry-leading aluminum components for a wide range of applications.

Extrusion
Our extrusion facilities are equipped with four advanced press lines, capable of producing a broad range of aluminum profiles to meet the diverse needs of multiple industries. We specialize in 6000 series aluminum alloys, offering both standard and customized solutions to ensure optimal performance for every application.
All extrusion processes are conducted under strict quality controls and are fully compliant with DIN 12020-2 tolerances, ensuring precision, consistency, and reliability in every profile we manufacture. Our production capabilities enable us to deliver high-quality aluminum extrusions to both domestic and international clients, supporting industries including automotive, construction, solar, and industrial sectors.

Powder Coating
Our electrostatic powder coating line is equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to provide high-quality finishes for a wide variety of aluminum profiles. We offer all standard RAL colors in different shades and brightness levels, as well as custom color options tailored to the specific requirements of our customers.
Every profile undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure flawless surface finishes, consistent color, and long-lasting durability. Our powder coating operations are fully compliant with Qualicoat quality standards, guaranteeing that every product meets the highest international benchmarks. With these capabilities, Seral can deliver both standard and customized coated profiles for a wide range of industrial, architectural, and decorative applications.
Anodizing
The anodizing process enhances both the aesthetic appeal and durability of our aluminum profiles, providing a long-lasting and high-quality finish. We are able to anodize profiles in a wide range of tones and colors, including natural, black, gold, and brown, to meet the design and functional requirements of our customers.
In addition, all pre-anodizing treatments such as matting, sanding, and polishing are carefully performed on the production line within our partner facility, ensuring a flawless surface before anodization. Our anodizing process is carried out in full compliance with international quality standards and operates under a state-of-the-art technology laboratory with a Qualanod license, guaranteeing both consistent quality and performance. This combination of advanced technology and rigorous quality control ensures that every anodized profile we produce meets the highest expectations for durability, appearance, and precision.
Mechanical Processing
Our mechanical fabrication capabilities allow us to customize all types of aluminum extrusions and components to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Through fast, precise, and reliable machining, we ensure that every mechanically processed product is ready for immediate use.
